It expands available equipment with advanced computers, prototype technology, and rules for using fabricators to produce items that cannot be purchased. The catalogue also introduces black-market procurement and smuggling rules for guns, armour, and ammunition, supporting campaigns focused on trade, survival, exploration, or planetary conflict.
