This campaign setting and sourcebook presents an underwater fantasy world for roleplaying adventures. It adds new aquatic races, classes, prestige classes, feats, spells, and around ninety monsters, along with rules for three-dimensional combat. Cardstock miniatures and full-color illustrations support play in the setting.
