Characters: Heroes and Heretics I
This supplement introduces Petrovic Zubov, a master of illusion and clockwork magic from the cold nation of Rus. He can serve as an ally, antagonist, or travelling companion during an adventure. The book includes one cypher, three artifacts, and four stages of Zubov’s career. Each stage can be used as part of a developing NPC or as a separate version with a different power level. Suggestions support adapting the character to fantasy, modern, science-fiction, and Lovecraftian settings.
