Cheating Death
Optional science-fiction roleplaying rules cover ways for mortally injured or dead characters to return to play. Resuscitation can revive a character after reaching 0 Hit Points, while cyborg conversion replaces damaged flesh with advanced cybernetics. Bio Reconstruction rebuilds a body using advanced biotechnology when the brain remains sufficiently intact. The rules also address repairing destroyed robots, with each method carrying possible physical or other lasting side effects.
