A full-length urban superhero adventure pits the player characters against mobsters, a Marxist revolutionary, corrupt lawyers, rival heroes, super villains, and the Archangel Mikhael. The scenario combines street-level combat, hard-boiled investigation, and political conflict in a flexible structure shaped by the characters’ decisions. The adventure includes maps for key locations and scenes, combat benchmarks for common objects, more than 50 NPCs, and 20 Supporting Cast archetypes. Genre Points support comic-book play across different eras, while Investigation Montages provide a framework for detailed super-powered investigations. A separate combat support booklet contains maps, artwork, and reference sheets for major NPCs.
