Citizen
This science-fiction character supplement expands Cepheus Engine and Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game campaigns with characters from ordinary, non-adventuring backgrounds. It provides three citizen character types, new skills, and a tailored mustering-out benefit, allowing players to develop heroes who begin as everyday members of interstellar society. Referees can also use the options to create more detailed non-player characters than simple background roles.
