A sourcebook for urban adventures in RuneQuest: Roleplaying in Glorantha, focusing on the daily lives of working-class heroes in the Lunar capital. It details the Insula, a multi-storey residential block containing families, businesses, temples, students, squatters and other inhabitants. The book includes maps and floorplans, descriptions of 12 businesses and 25 families, statistics and portraits for 70 NPCs, 60 adventure hooks, and information on city life from bread-making to waste disposal. Rules cover making a living and maintaining a home in the Lunar Empire.
