City in the Deep
The adventurers investigate a merfolk city beneath the waves while pursuing a powerful ancient enemy. A group of deep merfolk claims that a destructive sea monster threatens the city, but the warning conceals a plot to locate a secret Azlanti military laboratory and its dangerous weapon. The party must navigate the city’s social intrigues, uncover the truth behind the deception, and learn where the ancient enemy is headed. This adventure is designed for 10th-level Pathfinder characters and includes new monsters, a gazetteer of the submerged city, and merfolk ecology.
