Wally West, the new Flash, faces a series of deadly threats in Manhattan. After stopping a gunman on a subway platform, he learns of a terrorist bomb threat in the Wall Street area. This one-on-one adventure follows Flash as he races against time to investigate the conspiracy, rescue civilians, and prevent a disaster. It includes rules for speed-based characters, complete statistics and background for Wally West, and details on the effects of the drug Velocity 9.
