City of Gears: Shadows in the Steam
An expansion introduces mysterious outcast engineers hidden in the rusted depths of the city. It adds 35 cards that trigger when a player rolls blank results on the Production Dice at the start of a turn. These cards provide effects that may benefit the drawing player or hinder opponents. Players may hold up to three cards, and only one card can be drawn per turn regardless of the number of blank results.
