City of Mist Player's Guide
Players take on the roles of modern-day legends in a rainy, enigmatic city where ancient myths live behind the Mist. They investigate unsolved cases, uncover residents’ stories, and confront hidden forces while deciding which parts of their lives to nurture or neglect. The guide covers the setting, character creation with mix-and-match themebooks, crew relationships, and cinematic rules for investigation and action. It also includes optional narrative moves and a character development system built around exploring each character’s Mythos and facing dramatic moments of transformation.
