A city has grown around a restrained Tarrasque, whose blood, flesh, and bones fuel its magic, alchemy, and economy. Decadent nobles, scholars, alchemists, and warrior-butchers all profit from the creature while maintaining the chains and weapons that keep it imprisoned. The setting presents a dangerous metropolis shaped by magical harvesting, political tension, recurring tremors, and the constant threat of escape. Adventures take place among the fortress, processing works, noble estates, and the channels that carry the Tarrasque’s valuable blood away.
