Clank!: The Mummy's Curse
Players delve into an ancient pyramid to gather artifacts while avoiding hazards and competing for treasure. An undying mummy moves through the board and can place curses on players, affecting their deck and actions; new cards and items offer ways to mitigate or remove curses. Movement, deck-building, and risk management remain central as players balance looting against increasing danger and escape requirements.

Can I fight the Mummy whenever I want, or does it have to be in my zone?
You can fight and defeat the Mummy only when its marker is in the same zone as your current room. The Mummy is not discarded after being defeated. (Rulebook, p. 2)
What happens when I defeat the Mummy with two or three Swords?
With two Swords, you gain 4 gold and take a Curse. With three Swords, you remove half your Curses, rounded up. (Rulebook, p. 2)
Who takes a Curse when the Mummy moves?
If the Mummy moves to a different zone, every player in a room in its new zone takes a Curse. Players do not take Curses if the Mummy remains in the same zone. (Rulebook, pp. 2–3)
Can I defeat the Mummy more than once on my turn?
Yes. You can defeat the Mummy more than once during your turn, although you may need to follow it to another zone to do so. (Rulebook, p. 2)
Do I have to pick up an artifact as soon as I enter its room?
No. Taking an artifact is an action during your turn, so you may take it on a later turn as long as you are still in the room. (Rulebook, p. 4)
When do Curses hurt my score, and can I remove them?
Each Curse remaining with you at the end of the game reduces your score by 2 points. You may remove Curses from yourself when an effect allows it, but never from an opponent. (Rulebook, p. 2)
