An introductory setting and sandbox campaign for Vampire: The Masquerade 20th Anniversary Edition, set in Cleveland, Ohio. No sect claims control of the city, and every vampire hides their identity, allegiance, or past while watching for others to make a mistake. The setting supports campaigns focused on political intrigue, investigation, and shifting alliances among multiple clans and sects. It includes tools and suggestions for new players and Storytellers, with characters uncovering conflicting clues, navigating local power struggles, and shaping the city’s events through their choices.
