Cloaks and Daggers
A roleplaying supplement focused on affordable magical cloaks, daggers, and other permanent magic items costing 2,500 gp or less. Each item includes a full description and price, while “Behind the Counter” sidebars explain how those costs are determined and provide guidance for adjusting prices or evaluating similar abilities. The selection excludes epic artifacts, moderate magic items, and consumables such as scrolls, potions, talismans, and limited-use tattoo magic.
