Clockwork Vault of Caina (5E)

A 5th Edition mini-dungeon adventure for four 12th-level characters. Three royal sisters abandon their oaths to the Crossroads Goddess and pursue forbidden magic, making offerings to ancient gods in exchange for power. Damned in mind, body, and soul, they become enchantresses known as the Thrice-Damned Sisters, for whom death is only a doorway. The adventure is setting-agnostic and designed to be inserted into an existing campaign.
