C.L.O.W.N
A supplement for superhero campaigns, this installment adds C.L.O.W.N., a chaotic group of misfits who rob, plunder, and play practical jokes around the world. Their profiles are presented as entries in a government database designed to help law enforcement track super-powered heroes and villains and identify potential allies or threats.
