Coldsnap
An intelligent, calculating supervillain and genius inventor for Mutants & Masterminds campaigns. The character is presented as a Power Level 11 foe, with an earlier Power Level 8 version for introducing him before his rise to prominence. He can return in later episodes to seek revenge on the heroes who defeated him, serving as a recurring opponent for heroic inventors and other super-geniuses.
