This supplement adds complications and surprises to encounters with followers and final-boss lairs, including enemy advantages, traps, and hidden secrets. It includes 106 twists for followers, 36 for boss lairs, a quick encounter for captured parties, and new tables, monsters, treasure, potions, equipment, rules, and reactions. The base rulebook is required; advanced rules also require a separate supplement.
