Set in a galactic entertainment capital, the game centers on mecha combat leagues backed by rival factions, criminal groups, and megacorporations. It provides rules for designing custom mecha from compact machines to starship-scale constructs, or for creating custom power armor, with the two systems treated separately. Additional options include starship bays, armor, personal equipment, weapons, vehicles, and starships. Combat maps cover desert, forest, junkyard, terraforming platform, and the fore and aft sections of a colossal starship, with print-ready and virtual tabletop versions included.
