A Golden Age superhero character for a superhero role-playing campaign, Constable serves as the FBI’s super-powered liaison to the Vanguard group. Enhanced by mysterious vitolite treatments, he is a committed believer in justice and a loyal government agent. The character is designed to monitor or assist another team of heroes and is presented at Power Level 8.
