Three promo cards for the base game. One double-sided card is provided in Spanish and English, while the other two are language-independent. The Historian applies the construction bonus from each district providing Prestige when building a monument. The Instigator requires no Dinarii or food during phase 4; after checking happiness, its player decides where to place each riot.
