Corrupt Officials Round One
A two-round adventure for low- and mid-rank characters set in the corrupt Scorpion city of Toshi Aitate. The characters assist Emerald Magistrate Akodo Torokai in an investigation to cleanse the city, facing challenges that may prove more difficult than confronting the Shadowlands. Player characters from the Bayushi family may not participate.
