Corruption
Players take the roles of construction company owners competing for lucrative government contracts by bribing officials. Each round, six contracts are available, and players secretly assign bribe amounts to bid for them; the highest offer wins each contract. Special cards resemble bribe cards and can change the outcome of a contest. Bribe cards return to the supply after each of the three rounds, while special cards remain out of circulation.
