A Starfinder Society scenario for characters of levels 3–6. When a Pact Worlds colony in the Vast requests medical assistance, the PCs deliver vital supplies and find most of the settlement suffering from a mysterious illness. The PCs work to save the colony while investigating the cause of the disease, uncovering a conspiracy with consequences for the Pact Worlds.
