This setting supplement introduces a private company that develops restraint, suppression, and containment technology for law enforcement and armed forces dealing with metahumans. It includes two new advantages, one new flaw, equipment such as reinforced restraints and sedating devices, and weapons designed to contain or incapacitate powered or cybernetic targets. The supplement also presents two company subsidiaries: one planning to operate private prisons for metahumans, and another providing insurance against destruction caused by metahuman activity.
