Crossroads: Closing the Gap – A WW2 mini-campaign detailing the Battle of Saint-Lambert-sur-Dives
A World War II mini-campaign reconstructing the actions of the 4th Canadian Armoured Brigade at the Battle of Saint-Lambert-sur-Dives. The book includes background on the opposing forces, period force lists for Canadians, German infantry and Fallschirmjäger, and historical support options. Seven linked missions map the initial Canadian advance into the town and the subsequent German counter-attack as they attempt to break out of the Falaise Gap. Missions use detailed battleground maps derived from 1944 1:25,000 General Staff charts and provide multiple victory conditions, including rules to track German morale. Designed for use with Chain of Command and adaptable to other WWII skirmish systems, the module supplies campaign structure, scenarios, maps and supporting data for tabletop play.
