A new cultist to be recruited. The Prophetess generates 1 Power during the Gather Power Phase and can be Captured and Recruited like a Cultist, but cannot Create or Control Gates. During the Doom Phase, the player with the highest-ranked Unit in her area may spend additional Power during a Ritual of Annihilation to gain extra Elder Signs.
