2021 · Abstract Strategy
Cube
Players attempt to reproduce the color patterns shown on task cards by arranging wooden cubes on a shared, recessed game board. On a turn a player either places a blindly drawn cube on the board or moves an existing cube to a different space, and the board’s built-in ball allows it to be rotated for different viewing angles. The scene can be evaluated from above or from any of the four sides; cubes at different heights or rows may be hidden depending on perspective, and only cubes visible from the chosen viewpoint count toward fulfilling a card. The first player to complete the required number of task cards wins.
