Cult of the Cave Crickets (DCC)
A second-level fantasy role-playing adventure of cosmic horror, set across snow-covered slopes, fungal caverns, and the base of a black mountain. Over two or three sessions, characters investigate a missing research expedition, tracking survivors and the dead through a macabre scavenger hunt. The delve features mutant cave crickets, fungal creatures, ancient traps, environmental hazards, and threats to characters’ sanity. Its mystery leads to a cult’s attempt to open a portal to a fungal world.
