Cytheria the Blasphemer
A dangerous lawful evil antipaladin disguises herself as a radiant holy champion while secretly serving dark masters. She recruits local innocents and converts them into followers, leaving chaos and death in her wake. Presented as a combat or social encounter, she is a 9th-level antipaladin and 1st-level (un)holy vindicator accompanied by a babau devil. The encounter is suited to parties of 7th to 11th level.
