Twelve people in a small-town diner gain the ability to merge with aspects of their favorite games and are drawn into an ultimate contest. The outcome determines whether Earth survives, as eleven other Earth dimensions have already fallen. Players take on the roles of these heroes, using their game-inspired abilities while facing the threats surrounding the contest.
