A one-round Living Greyhawk regional adventure set in Tusmit. The College of the Arts faces mounting troubles as winter lingers and the stars bring ill fortune to its mages and scholars. A powerful diviner calls on adventurers for help, sending them into the chilly hills. Designed for characters of levels 1–10.
