A sourcebook for Cyberpunk RED focused on the people and factions of Night City. It details fifteen factions, including the NCPD, Maelstrom, Tyger Claws, Trauma Team, 6th Street, and the Bozos, along with biographies and game statistics for more than 100 NPCs. Guidelines cover the creation of custom NPCs across multiple power levels, from Mooks to Hardened Bosses. The book also includes a new Night City mission involving Danger Gal and a mysterious second faction.
