A Pathfinder rulebook focused on paranormal mysteries and the unexplained. It introduces the psychic and thaumaturge classes, along with eight case files covering cryptids, cults, esoteric beliefs, temporal anomalies, and other supernatural subjects. Each file provides player options, Game Master tools, setting lore, new powers or archetypes, and a short adventure set across Golarion. Together, the adventures explore strange phenomena in the Age of Lost Omens.
