Dark Obelisk 1: Berinncorte
Berinncorte is a medieval fantasy village where citizens and adventurers live, work, and explore. A catastrophic explosion in Town Square destroys much of the settlement and reveals a strange purple-black crystal, from which chaotic, evil, and undead monsters emerge. This urban sandbox adventure follows the characters’ actions before and after the disaster, with factions, detailed NPCs, quests, rumors, locations, monsters, and multiple storylines shaping the campaign. It can be played as a standalone adventure or as the opening part of a larger Adventure Path, with tables and other tools supporting varied encounters and outcomes.
