A superhero role-playing game set in the DC Universe, with rules for creating and playing heroes, villains, and other characters. It includes background information on DC locations and personalities, revised and optional rules, new Powers, Advantages, and Drawbacks, and updated statistics for characters such as Batman, Robin, Guy Gardner, Lobo, and The Joker. A dedicated section covers The Death of Superman and The Reign of the Supermen, including Doomsday and the four replacement Supermen. The rules remain compatible with Second Edition products.
