A contemporary World of Darkness scenario set in Shanghai, where poverty and rapid modernization exist alongside ancient magic and restless ghosts. Players encounter the city’s hidden past, including signs of the Triads, in a freeform adventure with complete character attributes available for groups that want them. No prior experience with the setting is required.
