Death of the Prophet (Aether Edition)
A conspiracy-theory newspaper has been burned, leaving police, neighbors, and interested outsiders searching for answers. This roleplaying scenario presents adventure hooks centered on the arson and supports investigators ranging from cryptozoologists to corrupt police officers, each with their own reason to pursue the case. The investigation offers multiple approaches rather than tying the characters to a single crime syndicate. Designed for three to four player characters, it can be used alongside other Wellstone City scenarios in any order, with suggestions for the GM to expand the light framework into a full adventure.
