Death Ride Kursk: 3rd Panzer

Tough tactical-level combat and maneuver during the German attack on Kursk in July 1943, focusing on the 3rd Panzer Division and supporting units on the left flank of XLVIII Panzer Korps. Players conduct operations around the crossing of the Pena River while managing obstacles, patrols, overwatch fire, artillery and air support, reserves, command and control, supply, maintenance, and replacements. The game uses platoon- and company-level units, with two-hour day turns and four-hour night turns. It is an expansion requiring Death Ride Kursk: Gross Deutschland, reusing most of its maps and adding four map sections, expanded forces, and approximately 1,800 counters and markers.
