Deathmask
An infamous enforcer for Villain-Net, Deathmask eliminates villains who fail to follow the organization’s agenda and removes anyone connected to their plans. His abilities, equipment, and origins are unknown, while those he abducts disappear without a trace. This material introduces Deathmask as a recurring threat for a Hot Chicks campaign, giving the villains a nearly unstoppable pursuer to evade, investigate, or confront.
