This supplement expands the S.I.D. (Super-powered Individual Database), a reference for tracking heroes and villains in a supers campaign. It reintroduces a villainous organization whose brothers escape Stronghold, recruit new members, and return to threaten the world. The entry provides background for incorporating the organization and its growing roster into ongoing adventures.
