This supplement presents five stories about restless dead who remain bound to the living world by unresolved passions and fetters. The hauntings range from family betrayal, lighthouse keeping, and depraved offerings to serial murder, the tyranny of memory, and a mysterious blue man. Each story includes details on the key ghosts and the passions sustaining them, along with ideas for using the material as NPCs, scenarios, and character-development elements. The hauntings can also place player characters in the role of victims rather than investigators.
