Delta World Core Guidebook (W.O.I.N.)
Set 150 years after a global war destroyed civilization, this science-fantasy setting features a contaminated Earth reclaimed by nature. Mutated creatures, androids, cyborgs, and sentient robots inhabit scattered communities that are beginning to rebuild among the ruins of the Ancient Ones. The guidebook provides player and game master rules for creating engineered and mutated characters, along with new careers, skills, equipment, exploits, mutations, cybernetic implants, and technological augmentations. It also expands sandbox exploration, salvage and repair of advanced technology, and virtual tabletop play with rollable tables and pre-generated maps.
