In a secluded back alley of the sprawling, corrupt city of Korrnegrum, an unmarked building hides behind a pair of double doors. Inside, patrons spend their hours on rough mats or in cushioned booths, drifting through half-dreams under the soul-numbing influence of questionable narcotics.
