Der Block
A vast residential tower on the edge of a metroplex houses 16,000 people across 60 levels. As nearby factories lay off thousands, the once-successful building falls into decline, shaped by competing power groups, gangs, intrigues, and hidden secrets. The setting details the tower level by level, with missions and adventure hooks. Six detailed floor plans cover its access, residential, communal, technical, and rooftop levels, alongside a building cross-section and area map; the plans can also serve as blueprints for similar buildings elsewhere.
