This bestiary entry presents a deranged psionic construct that performs brain surgery on intelligent creatures. Once possibly used for life-saving procedures, it now drills into skulls in an attempt to relieve suffering, even when the treatment proves fatal. The creature originated in a contest for a psionic bestiary and is part of a series of releases compiling those submissions.
