Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition) – Dark Elements
This expansion adds a fully cooperative adventure for up to four heroes, who must escape a nightmarish dream world while battling waves of monsters. Exploration cards determine the rooms and areas encountered, creating a different path through each game. An overlord track and monster activation cards control enemy behavior in place of an overlord player. Heroes can gain experience and collect items as they progress through a mini campaign designed to be completed in one session. The Lair of the Wyrm expansion is required to play.
