Desert Wars 01: Para Bellum
In the Sixth World, Desert Wars is a media institution that combines gladiatorial combat with modern weapons and military tactics. Warfighters travel to scorched desert battlegrounds each season, seeking fortune, recognition, or a paycheck. This e-book examines the show's history, its organizers, and the conflicts behind the scenes, which can be as dangerous as the battles broadcast to the public.
