Desperate Dusty Desperados
This fantasy adventure follows a party traveling south from settled lands through open grasslands and rugged hills inspired by the deserts and frontier regions of the Southwest and Mexico. Predatory wildlife and frequent woodrat raids threaten travelers bound for Hill Town, eventually leading to an ambush, capture, and imprisonment. Players must escape their captors and decide where to flee while navigating tactical encounters, desert communities, ancient cultural lore, and opportunities to discover unique magic items. The adventure works as a stand-alone one-shot, a side quest, or an escort mission involving a merchant train and optional NPC allies.
